Just view the destruction from WB. Milky rubbish, that makes even the prettiest Red floors Milky.

Water Based offered ZERO protection against a very small dog.

Water doesn't protect.
Water based does not protect aginst dog pee. Dog pee wouldn't even mark Two-Pack Polyurethane. But it has destroyed this Water based coating and Almost the Timber Floor.

WB Brushbox
This Brushbox floor is only 2 Years old. The same house had 13 year old Polyurethane that just needed a buff and re-coat.
The owner was talked into water based for his home office. A picture says 1000 words after just two years.

WB Cypress Pine
Water Based on Cypress. Water Based claims Non-Yellowing. But is this milky look any better?

WB Brand New
Brand New Water based. The owner of this floor was so disgusted with the colour of his floor after a Water Based company applied this coating, that he had us Immediately sand it off.
WB does not look anywhere near as good as Two-Pack Polyurethane, PERIOD! There is no arguement. A picture says 1000 words.
