The Australian Timber and Flooring Association (ATFA) maintain an industry accreditation system. All quality floor sanders aspire to become a Master Craftsman, however over and above this level, is Vanguard Level 7, this is the very highest rating a member can achieve for their skill. This rating is achieved through a combination of elements in ongoing professional development, product and equipment knowledge, industry experience, ATFA training, industry events and qualifications.
