At Quicksand and Polish we use Commercial grade Two-Pack Polyurethane. The toughest, cleanest, longest lasting polyurethane on the market. The only two-pack to stand the real test.....Time. It's been around the longest becasue its still the best. It's the benchmark that all others are compared to and all others come up lacking.
Waterbased are at least another 20 years away from getting anything even half as good. Don't be fooled by the hype. Water based will not give you The Look, the Protection or durability that two pack will.
If water based was any good, we would use it. I hope one day they do find soemthing that is as good. But until they do, I shall continue using two-pack. Nothing else gives that clean clear shine, that you are accustomed to.
